After selling the land to Upstanding Enterprises & Developments Ltd., we were delighted with the consideration given to us as near neighbours once the development started. They employed polite builders who ensured that there were no problems with access and who left the area tidy and isolated with security fences. During all of this their representative, Andrew, was often in attendance and kept us informed about the build. The end product was finished quickly, services were installed easily and the building is a pleasant addition to our neighbourhood.
